“To be recognised as the Premier Cricket Club within the
Airedale & Wharfedale cricket league by professionally administering, developing, promoting and playing the game by utilising quality equipment and facilities to provide the highest level of participation, skill development, enjoyment & success for both Club & individual. Our aim is to ensure that every Boy & Girl that is introduced to the game through
NLCC is given the opportunity to progress through a structured coaching and support programme that will allow every player to perform to the best of their ability, play the game fairly & within the true spirit of the game of Cricket.

Goals
• To ensure on-going club development & success that provides specialist coaching, quality facilities
equipment & selection policies to ensure that
every player has the opportunity to reach their
potential & perform at that level.

• Excelling in the way we go about playing cricket on and off the field that teaches & coaches players
in the fundamentals & skills of the game of cricket so that they may be able to play the game with skill, goodwill and good sportsmanship.

• Strengthening our community spirit by managing, promoting & developing the game of cricket in the local area including schools and junior clubs.

Our success will be judged in organising, controlling and governing games of cricket in which teams representing the Club participate.
The club’s participation goals include competing at all ages and standard levels aiming to be contenders at all applicable finals and with the overall goal of finishing on top of the league table at all levels.
