Tomorrow North Leeds CC is hosting an aid station for the Ironman. Volunteers will be on site from 11 am to 11.30 pm, providing refreshments & support to the athletes.

If you can assist, please come down. After a 2 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride & running a marathon, the athletes will need lots of support.

The bar will be open all day & food options are available. It should be a really great day & unique experience.

If you fancy a break from cricket (& can escape from Roundhay!) our 3rd team are playing in a quarter final at Green Lane CC, starting at 2 pm. Good Luck boys.

We are also showing the Belgian Grand Prix & England V Spain in the Women's Euro Final at 5 pm - what a weekend of sport!
