Three of the four members of the 1955 Waddilove Cup winning side (the only time NLCC has won the first team cup) will be performing the official opening of the new clubhouse, with proceedings starting at 2pm on Sunday.

Gordon Wales, Peter Wright and Denys Bull are the guests of honour on a special day that will also include a barbecue, bouncy castle, music, a raffle and all day bar refreshments.

The junior section has also organised a Sponsored Run (between 1pm-3pm) to raise money for a portable defibrillator for the club. Dave Royles has planned for the junior members and parents to run a total of 122 miles to celebrate the 122 year anniversary of the club, which roughly equates to 488 laps of the ground, so bring your running shoes!

The day will bring together senior and junior players to celebrate the hard work done by the committee to secure a fantastic facility for us all to enjoy.

The line-ups for the Twenty20 game will be announced on the site later in the week, but a North Leeds Select XI will be taking on a North Leeds Old Bois XI at 4pm.
